
Qualifications for Self-Employed Immigrants:
1. At least two years of full-time relevant work experience;
2. Score if you meet your own conditions (out of 100 points, you can apply if you reach 35 points);
3. The applicant and his accompanying persons meet the physical examination requirements;
4. The applicant and his accompanying persons have no criminal records;
5. The applicant must intend to reside in a province other than Quebec.
Federal Self-Employed Immigrant Application Process:
1. Assess the applicant's qualifications and sign an agency agreement;
2. Prepare the application for the preliminary review;
3. Submit to the IRCC and receive a file number;
4. Receive notification of federal requirements to submit detailed materials;
5. Prepare and submit detailed application materials;
6. Waiting for the approval of the federal government of Canada;
7. After the review is completed, the intention is approved;
8. Complete the physical examination;
9. Permanent Residence approved.
