1. Education

Among the study abroad majors, there are not many students who choose education majors. In Canada, there are not many schools with better education majors, but the quality of education is very good. For example, the Master of Education from Brock University is a good choice in Canada. For domestic undergraduates in liberal arts, especially English majors, the Master of Education major has become a good choice for these students.

Recommended schools: University of Toronto, The University of British Columbia, McGill University,  University of Alberta, Concordia University, Brock University.

2. Media

With the continuous development of the Canadian media industry, the shortage of professional talents is also increasing. Many liberal arts colleges in Canada have set up media majors, and some schools have separate media colleges or journalism colleges, while some schools focus more on cultural exchanges or interpersonal communication in rhetoric, while others only involve media studies.  Media majors emphasize theoretical study, and more and more universities are also emphasizing students' internship in the media industry and providing sufficient opportunities for students to understand the application of new multimedia technologies in the media industry.

Recommended schools: McGill University, University of Montreal, University of Quebec, Concordia University, Simon Fraser University.

3. Actuarial

The actuarial major can be widely used in insurance industry, commercial banks, financial intermediaries, investment institutions, social welfare organizations, government consulting and regulatory agencies and long-term capital projects, where risks need to be dealt with, and various risk issues need to be quantified and evaluated. Actuarial science has a history of 300 years in the West. It is a discipline that specializes in quantitative methods and techniques for dealing with various risk issues in the insurance industry and other financial industries. After graduation, actuarial students can become actuaries by passing the actuarial professional examination. They work in institutions such as government, banks and insurance companies, with an average annual salary of nearly 80,000 Canadian dollars.

Recommended schools: University of Toronto, University of Western, University of Manitoba, Simon Fraser University,  University of Waterloo.
