University of Technology Sydney is a famous public research university located in Sydney, Australia. Australian Technology Network (ATN), Sino-Australia Engineering Universities Consortium (SAEUC), world-renowned universities accredited by AACSB. The University of Technology Sydney was formerly known as the Sydney School of Mechanical Engineering, established in 1843. In 1882, with the approval of the New South Wales state government, the institution was renamed Sydney Technical College. In 1964, it was named New South Wales Institute of Technology (NSWIT). In 1988, it was officially renamed the University of Technology Sydney. UTS has a multicultural campus and a vibrant international exchange and research program that prepares graduates for the jobs of today and tomorrow. The school has more than 43,000 students, including more than 10,000 international students, and is one of the largest universities in Australia.
